Patricia E. Glovsky is the Founder and Managing Partner of Polygon Capital, LLC, an investment bank which specializes in transactions for technology companies providing M&A advisory, capital raising/private placements, strategic advisory and valuation services. Ms. Glovsky has over 24 years experience in investment banking. While Polygon Capital targets general technology sector transactions, the firm has unique knowledge and expertise in visual computing technologies across ALL industries and military defense. Relevant to this conference, Polygon Capital was the banker for Forterra Systems, Inc., the leading enterprise virtual world platform, which was sold to SAIC in January 2010 and is currently working with other social networking, virtual goods, and visual computing technology companies.

Ms. Glovsky also has worked from the investor side as the west coast EVP and General Manager MILCOM Technologies, Inc., an incubator which commercialized military technology.

Ms. Glovsky began her investment banking career with Kidder, Peabody and Oppenheimer & Co., and has worked as an equity research analyst following digital media and software companies at Bear, Stearns and Kaufman Bros., LP. Ms. Glovsky has been featured in several technology/finance publications and a speaker at trade shows and conferences.

Ms. Glovsky has her BA from Wellesley College and an MBA from the MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
