Jessica has counseled clients in connection with various types of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, lending and finance, development and cooperation, services, real property and licensing. She has assisted many companies and individuals in establishing limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, joint ventures and other strategic business entities and has continued, thereafter, to counsel such companies with respect to their day-to-day business operations. Additionally, she has worked with privately and publicly held companies in the preparation, negotiation and filing of documentation required under applicable securities laws.

Much of her experience was gained through her deep experience representing middle market lenders, whether financial institutions, hedge funds or other banks, in providing, and public and private borrowers obtaining, secured and unsecured financial accommodations in the form of working capital loans, acquisition financings, monetization loans, hedging transactions, DIP financings and letters of credit. This experience has spanned many industries including sports (major league and minor leagues), media, telecommunications, biopharmaceuticals, treasure hunting, environmental and construction, among others.
Prior to joining Kane & Associates LLC, Jessica had worked for some of New York City’s premier corporate firms including Clifford Chance USA LP, Herrick, Feinstein LP and Loeb & Loeb LLP. She is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association, various committees within the New York State Bar Association including the Membership Committee and the Committee on Lawyers in Transition. Jessica is also part of the Entertainment, Art and Sports Law, the Business Law and the Corporate Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association.

Jessica is a graduate of UCLA, cum laude (1995) and Fordham University School of Law School (1999) and an active member of the alumni associations for both universities. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
